Before you embark
To ensure a smooth departure and a fantastic experience:
- Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time from the Cullen Bay Ferry Terminal. Our vessel operates on a strict schedule, and unfortunately, we cannot delay departures for late arrivals, and refunds are not issued.
- Accessibility: Boarding involves a medium step onto the vessel. Our friendly crew will be available to assist. Please contact us in advance if you or anyone in your group has specific accessibility needs.
- Safety First: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, glass items are strictly prohibited on board. We encourage guests to bring only essential items as space is limited.
